Working Principle

 

The FH-405 stainless steel float level switch operates based on liquid buoyancy and magnetic coupling induction principle. The all-metal equipment consists of a fixed stainless steel probe rod and a movable stainless steel magnetic float. Installed vertically in sanitation sewage tanks, agricultural irrigation pools and special liquid storage equipment, the float floats on the liquid surface and moves up and down synchronously with liquid level fluctuations. When the liquid level rises to the preset high limit, the built-in permanent magnet of the float triggers the internal high-sensitivity reed switch to close the circuit, realizing automatic water stop or drainage start. When the liquid level drops to the preset low limit, magnetic induction fails, the switch resets to disconnect the circuit, completing automatic water replenishment or equipment shutdown. This cyclic automatic control realizes unmanned intelligent management of liquid level in outdoor and special scenarios.
