Working Principle
The GEM Sensors Float Switch FH-402 operates based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic induction. The device consists of a movable magnetic float and a fixed internal reed switch installed inside the non-magnetic sealed stem. When the liquid level rises or falls, the buoyancy of the liquid drives the magnetic float to move vertically along the sensor stem. When the float reaches the preset high or low liquid level position, the internal permanent magnet of the float will trigger the hermetically sealed reed switch inside the stem, changing the on-off state of the circuit. This electrical signal change is transmitted to the control system to realize automatic functions such as starting and stopping water pumps, triggering level alarms, and cutting off power protection, achieving closed-loop automatic control of liquid level.
