Working Principle

 

The UL-3W206 ultrasonic tank level sensor works on the principle of ultrasonic echo ranging. The built-in high-frequency ultrasonic probe emits vertical sound wave signals towards the liquid surface inside the equipment tank. When the ultrasonic waves touch the liquid surface, they generate echo signals and reflect back to the sensor. The high-speed processing chip accurately captures the time difference between signal transmission and reception. Combined with intelligent temperature compensation and vibration filtering algorithm exclusive for engineering scenarios, it automatically corrects measurement errors caused by ambient temperature changes and mechanical vibration.
