Tuya APP Intelligent Remote Monitoring

Compatible with the mainstream Tuya smart system, the sensor supports wireless data transmission. Users can remotely monitor real-time liquid level data, view data change curves, set high and low liquid level alarm thresholds, and receive mobile phone push alarms through the Tuya APP. Working Principle

 

The US-3W202 ultrasonic tank sensor operates based on the ultrasonic echo ranging principle. The sensor probe actively emits high-frequency ultrasonic pulses outward, and the ultrasonic waves propagate through the air medium. When the waves touch the surface of the liquid in the tank, they will be reflected back to the sensor probe to form echo signals. The built-in high-precision processing chip accurately records the time difference between ultrasonic emission and echo reception. Combined with the real-time ambient temperature compensation algorithm, it calculates the vertical distance from the sensor to the liquid surface, and then converts the distance data into accurate liquid level height values. Finally, the processed level data is wirelessly transmitted to the Tuya APP terminal to realize real-time monitoring, data recording and over-limit alarm functions. The whole measurement process is non-contact, safe and stable, and is not easily affected by liquid density, color and other factors.

Installation Method

 

The US-3W202 ultrasonic tank sensor adopts top suspended fixed installation, which is simple, fast and firm with no complicated wiring. First, select a flat and unobstructed position in the center of the top of the monitored tank to ensure no shelter above the liquid level detection area, so as to avoid blocking ultrasonic propagation and affecting measurement accuracy. Second, fix the sensor on the top of the tank through the matching fixed bracket, keep the probe vertically downward and parallel to the liquid level, and ensure the probe is 0.1m above the maximum liquid level to avoid submergence. Finally, complete the simple power-on pairing with the Tuya APP. After successful network configuration, the sensor can start real-time level monitoring. The whole installation process does not require cutting the tank body or contacting the internal medium, with zero damage to the equipment and short construction cycle.
